The beautifully finished fully-lined interior  features  a luxurious
hand dyed  Italian embroidery  pure cotton reversible lining design which
can also be worn inside out providing a true 2-in-1 investment value.

A very special fabric story

The remarkably soft, exclusive and  luxurious 100% superfine
brushed  winter cotton cloth was woven in  Varese,  Italy
(the world's premier region for fine cottons)
and offers a superb feel,  weight, and investment
value.   The tone-on-tone Italian pure cotton embroidery
lining fabric is both soft and beautiful.
Both were then specially  hand dyed in
our studios for added softness,  aging and comfort.

Very special pattern and cut
for a special very fit...

Developed from our intensive leading historical research for our Napoleonic-period collections,
the MMJ14 was cut from an original authentic 19th century garment pattern.  Its super-tight
shape and fit in the shoulder, arms and bodice were maintained exactly. The result is an eye stopping shape and form, distinct and  flattering for small size and thin body types.

A unique button story

The MMJ14 features its own unique one-of-a-kind
exclusive array combination of hand made
and vintage antique  buttons in leather, real horn ,
and other materials  hand selected by the designer
-- then, all  double-stitched for 2-in-1 reversible wear,
by hand to the garment in our
Cavarzere Venezia studio workrooms.

Very special buttonholes

Luxurious Italian pure cottonthread is used exclusively for the MMJ14's special
handstitched buttoholes.
An expert process, each buttonhole requires up to ten minutes,
to cut and carefully sew
all by hand to achieve the very rare look and and special feel
that no machine-made buttonhole can ever match.

Inside out: double the impact and double the value
